Why we are called Tee Willow
A willow is the tree everyone ends up under: picnic blankets, birthday photos, a dog asleep in the shade, kids climbing the low branches. It bends without breaking and it grows wherever there is a little water and a little patience. That is the feeling we want our shirts to have. They are meant to be worn to real gatherings, washed, passed down, and pulled out again for the next family photo.
The “tee” part is simple. The humble T-shirt is the garment people already reach for when they want to say something about who they are, so it sits at the heart of the catalogue, with sweatshirts and hoodies alongside it for cooler days. There is also a small pun hiding in the name: a shirt that fits you “to a tee” is one that is just right.

How your shirt is made
We are a print-to-order shop. Nothing you buy has been sitting in a warehouse for months. Here is what happens after you press the order button.
- Your order is confirmed. You receive an email with every item, size, colour and any personalization text you entered. If something is wrong, you have 24 hours to tell us before printing starts.
- Your design is printed. The chosen design is printed onto the garment you picked, usually within 1–3 business days.
- It is checked. Each piece is checked for print placement, colour and the exact spelling of any personalized text before it is packed.
- It ships free. Your parcel leaves with tracking and usually arrives within 7–14 business days in the US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
Printing to order has honest trade-offs. It takes a few days longer than shipping something pre-made, which is why we are upfront about timing on every page. In return, it means a much wider choice of designs, sizes and colours, room for personalization, and far less unsold stock ending up in landfill.
Our promises to you
We would rather tell you exactly what we do than make promises that sound big. These are the commitments behind every Tee Willow order:
- Free shipping to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, with no minimum order and no code to remember.
- 60 days to return or exchange anything, for any reason, including personalized items, and we pay the return postage. Details are in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
- Refunds within 7 days after your return is received and approved, as explained in our Refund Policy.
- Printing within 1–3 business days, and an email from us if a busy season ever pushes an order past that.
- Answers from a real person at support@teewillow.com within 1 business day.
Things you will not find here
Shopping online is full of pressure tricks. We have decided not to use them, and we think you deserve to know that.
- No countdown timers that reset when you reload the page.
- No “only 3 left” messages on items that are printed to order.
- No fake reviews, star ratings or “someone in your town just bought this” pop-ups. When genuine reviews from real customers exist, they will be clearly shown; until then, there are none.
- No payment logos for payment methods that are not actually available at checkout.
- No surprise shipping charges at the last step.
Designed around real moments

Orders are printed and shipped from the USA. Parcels to Canada, Australia and New Zealand cross a border, so your country may apply import charges; our Shipping & Delivery page explains what that means and how to plan around holiday dates.
Shopping for a whole group
Group orders are where Tee Willow shines, and also where small mistakes are easiest to make. A simple plan that works well for reunions, trips and holiday photos:
- Choose the design first and decide whether everyone wears the same garment or picks their own warmth level: tee, sweatshirt or hoodie.
- Collect sizes in a shared note. Ask people to measure a shirt they already like rather than guessing; the Size Guide shows how.
- If the design is personalized, collect each name exactly as it should be printed, including capital letters.
- Add each person’s item as its own line in the cart, then read the cart against your note before paying.
- Order early. Allow 1–3 business days for printing and up to 14 business days for transit, plus a few days of margin for weekends and holidays.
If one person’s size turns out wrong, only that piece needs to come back, and the exchange is free.
When something goes wrong
Printing every item individually means that, now and then, something will not be right: a smudge, a crooked print, a wrong colour or a name printed differently from what you typed. When that happens, send us a photo. In most cases you keep the item, and we send a corrected one or refund you, without asking you to post anything back. If a parcel is late or lost, we deal with the carrier so you do not have to. Our Refund Policy sets out exactly what you receive in each case.
Getting the size right
Most returns in apparel are about size, so we put real effort into helping you choose before you order. Our Size Guide explains how to measure a garment you already own and compare it, how our unisex tees, sweatshirts and hoodies tend to fit, and what to do if you are between two sizes or buying for someone else. And if the size still is not right, an exchange is free.
Gifting with Tee Willow
A shirt with someone’s name, pet or hobby on it is one of the most personal gifts you can give for the price. To make gifting easy, you can ship straight to the recipient anywhere in our four delivery countries, and the order and tracking emails come to you so the surprise is not spoiled. If the size is wrong, the recipient can exchange it within 60 days of delivery without you having to get involved, and we never tell them what you paid.
Not sure which design to choose? Start with the person rather than the occasion. Someone who talks about their dog constantly will love a Pet Lovers hoodie far more than a generic holiday shirt, and a hobby design shows that you have been paying attention.
What is on each product page
Every product page lists the garment type, the available sizes and colours, fabric and care information for that garment, any personalization fields, and a link to the Size Guide. Product images may include digital previews that show how the design sits on the garment; screens vary, so colours can look slightly different in person. If anything on a product page is unclear, email us before ordering and we will answer within 1 business day.
Looking after your Tee Willow pieces
Printed apparel lasts longer with a little care. Turn garments inside out before washing, use cold water and a gentle cycle, skip bleach and fabric softener, and tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Never iron directly over a print. Following these steps keeps the colours bright and the print soft through many washes. If a print cracks or peels after only a few careful washes, contact us within 60 days of delivery; that is a defect, and we will make it right.
