\nThis page lists every public page on teewillow.com and explains how the store is organised, so you can jump straight to what you need. The list below updates automatically: product categories appear here as soon as they contain products you can buy. Below the list, you will find a short guide to each part of the site and the best place to look for common tasks.
\nThe store is built like a tree with a few main branches. You can shop by the garment you want to wear, or by the people and moments you are shopping for. Every product sits in at least one garment branch and often in one or more “people” branches as well, so a dog-themed hoodie appears under both Hoodies and Pet Lovers.
\nThe main menu at the top of every page follows the same structure, and the Shop page shows everything at once with sorting options. On phones, tap Menu at the top left to open the same categories.
\nOur help pages are written to be read, with real numbers rather than vague promises. Here is what you will find on each one.
\nYour Cart shows the items you have chosen, with their sizes, colours and personalization text, and lets you change quantities or remove items before checkout. Checkout collects your email and shipping address, confirms free shipping for your country, shows any tax and lists the available payment options before you pay. My Account lets you sign in to see past orders and saved addresses; you do not need an account to buy. These pages are personal to you, so they are not listed in search engines.

If this is your first visit, here is a route through the site that answers most questions before you buy.
\nOn small screens, the header shows the Tee Willow logo, a Menu button, the search field and the cart. Tap Menu to see every category, including the Holidays & Seasons sub-shelves. The footer at the bottom of every page repeats the Shop, Customer Support and Company links, so you can always reach a policy page with two taps. Tables on policy pages scroll sideways if they are wider than your screen.
\nThe same numbers appear on every policy page, in our FAQs and on product pages. If you ever see a number that does not match this table, the policy page is the one that applies, and we would be grateful if you let us know.

Some branches of the store are busiest at particular times of year. Planning around them helps your order arrive when you need it.
\nThe site uses real text rather than text inside images, descriptive link labels, headings in a logical order and colour combinations chosen for readable contrast. Images have text alternatives, and we aim to keep every page usable with a keyboard alone. If something gets in your way, email us with the page address and we will help you place your order by email while we fix it.
\nThe footer at the bottom of every page is a compact version of this sitemap. The first column has our logo, a one-line description of the store, our business address and support email, and a button to open a support ticket. The Shop column lists every category. The Customer Support column lists the FAQs, Help Center, Order Tracking, Shipping & Delivery, Cancel or Change an Order, Returns & Exchanges, Refund Policy, Size Guide, DMCA and Intellectual Property pages. The Company column lists About Us, Contact Us, Submit a Ticket, Payment Methods, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and this Sitemap.
\nEvery policy and help page shows a “Last updated” date at the top. When a policy changes, we update the page, change that date and make sure the same numbers appear everywhere else on the site. Changes never apply backwards to an order you have already placed; the version in force when you ordered is the one that applies. New product categories appear in the list at the top of this page automatically once they contain products.
\nThe search box at the top of every page searches product names and descriptions. Short searches work best: try a single word such as “dog”, “grandpa”, “pumpkin”, “camping” or “teacher”. If a search returns nothing, browse the category that fits best, or email us; your search might be the idea for our next design.
\nA few pages are intentionally left out: the cart, checkout and account pages, which are personal to each visitor; search result pages, which change with every search; and product categories that do not yet contain products. Draft pages that are still being written are also hidden until they are ready. Everything else that a visitor might need is listed above.
\nAn XML sitemap for search engines is available at /wp-sitemap.xml. It lists the same public pages as this page. Categories without products and personal pages such as the cart and account are left out until they are useful to visitors. Public pages also have a read-only JSON version, which is marked so it does not compete with the normal page in search results.
