Personalized pieces carry something only your people will recognise: a family surname, a reunion year, a grandparent title, a pet’s name. Each one is printed after you enter the details, so it is made for you rather than pulled from a shelf.
\nBefore you check out, read the preview text twice. We print exactly what you type, including capital letters, spacing and spelling, so ask someone else to proof it if the names are important. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact support@teewillow.com within 24 hours of placing the order, before it goes to print; the Cancel or Change an Order page explains how.
\nPersonalized items follow the same simple policies as the rest of the store. They are printed in 1–3 business days, ship free to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand with typical transit of 7–14 business days, and can be returned or exchanged within 60 days with return postage paid by us. If something arrives damaged or printed incorrectly, send a photo to support and we will make it right.
